For course registrations to be held online between 21-26 February 2024, the quota increases for the courses will be made at the hours specified below during the day. Quota increases will not occur outside these hours. We kindly request our students to pay attention to the following points.

1. Students must take their courses from branches with vacant quotas. Our students should not request (e-mail, telephone, etc.) to increase the quota if there is space in alternative branches. If there is no space left in all alternative branches during the quota increase hours, the quota will be increased.

2. CHE481 Chemical Eng. Lab.II, and KM481 Kimya Müh. Lab. II courses will be offered if there is sufficient quota. Our students who want to receive it can send their requests in writing to kimyamuhendisligi@gazi.edu.tr
 

3. Our students who have lower-level courses must adjust their course schedules by taking conflict situations into consideration. Especially regarding the branches or elective courses that require registration for these students, if they cannot register to those branches during the quota increase hours, they will meet with their advisor upon the approval of the advisor (27-28 February 2024) and after the advisor's control, if their registration to those branches is really mandatory, they will be registered to the relevant branch. Apart from this, if the course schedule is suitable and there is space in alternative branches, the student will be directed to those branches.

4. Our students must check their course registrations and approve them at the end of the course registration process.
