Attention to Students Completing Their Summer Internships

  1. The deadline for submitting internship reports and presentations has been set for Friday, October 16, 2026, at 17:00. Internship reports will not be accepted after this date. In addition, presentations and reports must be sent to the designated email address.

  2. Students must hand-deliver all documents related to their internships to the Chemical Engineering Department Grade Affairs Officer against signature by the specified deadline; otherwise, their internships will be deemed invalid. Internship evaluation certificates issued by the company must also reach the department secretary by the specified deadline. Potential postal/courier delays must be taken into account by the students.

  3. Internship reports must be bound using the official internship report covers obtained from the Registrar's / Student Affairs Office.

  4. Students must register for KM200 (ChE200) and/or KM300 (ChE300) courses in the 2026–2027 Fall Semester. Unregistered students will not have their internship report grades entered into the system and will be excluded from evaluation.

  5. Following the submission deadline, internship reports will be distributed to faculty members, and the assignment list will be announced on our department website. Students are required to follow the announcements and contact the relevant faculty members.

Please check the checklist below before submitting your documents to the Department Student Affairs Office, and do not submit incomplete documents:

  1. Bound internship report

  2. Email containing the internship report and presentation

  3. Internship consent declaration form

  4. Surveys (Employer and student surveys have been updated; please submit the updated versions. Students may also request scanned employer surveys from the host institutions.)

  5. Student evaluation form (approved by the commission, with photo and signature)

  6. Internship completion certificates (Department and Student Affairs copies must be placed in a sealed envelope by the company)

  7. Document indicating work was performed on Saturdays (if applicable)
