For online course registrations to be held between September 12-16, 2024, the quota increases for the courses will be made during the day at the hours specified below. There will be no quota increases outside these hours. We kindly request that our students pay attention to the following points.
1. Students must take their courses from branches with empty quotas. Our students should not request a quota increase (e-mail, phone, etc.) if there is space in alternative branches. If there is no space left in all alternative branches during the quota increase hours, the quota increase will be made.
2. Our prerequisite courses (CHE392ChemicalEng. Lab.I, CHE482ChemicalEng. Lab.III, KM392 Chem. Eng. Lab. I, KM482 Chem. Eng. Lab. III) will be opened if there is sufficient quota.
3. Students with recurrent courses must adjust their course schedules by taking into account the conflict. Especially for these students, if they cannot register for branches or elective courses that require registration during the quota increase hours, they will be registered to the relevant branch after consulting with their advisor and checking with their advisor if registration to those branches is really mandatory. Apart from this, if the course program is suitable and there is space in alternative branches, they will be directed to those branches.
4. Our students must definitely check their course registrations and approve them at the end of the course registration process.
